"The only thing we love more than food is ourselves."

While sitting in the ever-so-cozy Bombay Star restaurant, stuffing our faces with chicken tika and ginger chicken tandori respectively, Kaitlin and I came up with perhaps our greatest idea (second only to a epic future cross-country road trip to ComicCon 2013). Essentially we are the Simon Pegg and Nick Frost of twenty-something foodies: sassy, adventurous...geeky. We love food, as is evident by our loud moaning and eye rolling over curry and rice, and we decided to dedicate this blog to informing the people around the Mahoning Valley to the great culinary goodness that surrounds us. We love those little holes-in-the-wall, the underdogs of the food world, the places that don't get publicized and rely mostly on world of mouth for customer growth. So raise your glasses to the little guys of the restaurant industry. (Remember, they cook your food and wash the glasses you are toasting from.)
